CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We completely understand—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the spot. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
